बंज़र ज़मीं पे अब सुकून और नहीं
थके थके से पाँव, नया दौर नहीं

कि दफ़्न हुई, और किया गौर नहीं
मांगे ये ज़माना मेरी साँसों का हिसाब
हवा तो मयस्सर नहीं, अब और नहीं
मुट्ठी में भरी ख़्वाहिशें कसकर बाँधीं
मेरे हक़ का आसमां बंटेगा और नहीं |

Very powerful choice of words. Though written by you with a women in mind, I felt that it could apply to anyone-a woman or man, who keeps on running after desires, only to find at the end whether what he got was actually what he really desired.
Good to see the optimism at the last lines.
And yes, you have placed very powerful images in your recently posted haikus.
