सितारों

मन स्याह अमावस मेरा फीके सभी तारे, उजाले ले गयी हो तुम पीछे हैं अँधेरे | दिए जलाके आँखों के बाती सी मैं जली, याद आ रही न जाने क्यों पिछली वो दिवाली | दिए तो बुझ गए मगर उठता है ये धुआं, आँखों में चुभ रहा बहुत, काजल रचूँ कहाँ ? लुका-छिपी बहुत हुई अंधेरों से कह दो, रौशनी की आस थोड़ी दिल में रहने दो | ऐ रात की स्याही, सुनो आँखों में ना आना ! सितारों से कह दो, कई अरमां जले यहां | दीयों के रंग चटक बहुत पर रौशनी नहीं, बाती सजाये बिन ही तुम कहाँ चली गयी ? आकाश में सितारों बीच तुम कहीं तो हो, ध्रुवतारे के करीब जलती ज्यों दिये की लौ | This Diwali burns like hoarse firecrackers inside and paints the outer world in murk….these Diyas were painted by my sister, Vineeta Mishra which exude darkness without her.
