Swiftly, I was flowing as water
Capricious in cadence in air,
And you thought, I’m gone?
Won’t I come back again?
How have you forgotten
River reunites to mountains
Riding on the chariots of clouds,
Parched in hot summer days?
And, zephyr returns anew,
Revived into scented breeze
traversing the sandal woods
Fresh, for us to breathe.
Well, as they say….
“let bygone be bygones,
and let’s start a fresh. Ah!
‘Fallen leaves fecundate saplings’.
O’ Life! Thy name is Renascence,
Coz’ Symphony never evanesces
Yes, as I promised you
for never to leave you in distaste…!
“Curiouser and curiouser!”,
–as Alice said!
Have you ever “CURIOUSER-ed”
why I was dead? ?

So, we are back!
The Style Symphony is back again with a bang!
Fewer of you might be knowing that my website The Style Symphony was down since a couple of months due to some technical issues, my daughter’s negligence and my ignorance. She was busy in acquiring the most trivial thing, ‘Fame’. While I was busy cursing my technical illiteracy. Reason I haven’t posted anything in the months of August- September, though I had written a lot for August being the most ceremonial month for me.
August has always lived it up to the revered name of that heathen Augustus Caesar, whom it has been named after. It solved many difficult questions, it reunited me with my lost love, Music! 🙂 It has have my heartbeats, my both daughters’ birthdays….
Well…now coming to my hibernation during my lovely August…
Though my pen was bleeding, my paper was dark. How could you write when your pen gets the parchment of sky but hands are too puny to barely reach a few inches above your head? Reason enough for my lethargy or say writer’s block.
We had to lose lots of data, posts, images and even readers’ comments on a year old posts.
Some of my antagonist readers even condemned me of deleting their comments from my old posts. Let me tell you, your ‘Biased Kakophony’ had only hatred, all fouled up in your sphere. My symphonies are unblemished in spite of all the cacophony and clamor around. My musings are mightier than your scorpion venom. 🙂 Those were the comments I had treasured purposely for more than a year. Why? Because I believe in….
“निंदक नियरे राखिए, आंगन कुटी छवाय,
बिन पानी, साबुन बिना, निर्मल करे सुभाय।” — कबीर
Keep your critics in your courtyard in cottages especially meant for them.
As they cleanse you pure without soap and water…
….(a loose translation of the above couplet of Kabir).
Dear Sister, brothers, sons and daughters! Why would I delete your comments from my posts after a year when I know how you always scream in your statuses when you find that your work was Damp Squib and weep tears of frustration seeking for some shoulders. I refrain from attention seeking public statements. So, ignored yours! And I’m hell bent to retrieve your comments back on my site …. Well….
Now, coming to my blog, The Style Symphony. So it’s back. Not in a new avatar though, since the design part is still in its renovation process. But it’s running fine now. As I said, I didn’t do it neither did Maitreni. We only fight when it comes to TSS. Who helped me in solving this technical glitch, is an angel from foreign lands. A boy from Hungary, our new savior in disguise, friend, son David Csaba Alexander.
David, mere 25, owns the wisdom, patience and credos of a 52 years old. In spite of having a new office job, taking care of his elderly Granny and Mom, having to look after his own websites and assignments, took out time for me.
He stayed online with me during those wee hours in spite of being too tired and worked for me for 4 – 5 days and nights, whenever he had a little of time. In spite of our different time zones, language issues, my carelessness towards my gadgets and my daughter’s sudden bursts of anger, he stayed calm and resolved website’s issues.
And the best part? He always thanked me before I could, after completion of each step. That was so touching David. God bless you.
David understands what The Style Symphony means to me. It’s nurtured with my sweat and emotions. It’s my 4th daughter after Maitreni, Anindhya and Bambi (my 8 years old German shepherd). And I’m so happy it’s back just before it turns 5 on 18th of this September.
So, I am ready with many poems, literary pieces, events and lifestyle posts. All geared up, only time constraints!
Friends, we seek your love towards TSS. Please like our page and follow our site if you have a WordPress account. You can even follow us via your emails. We need you. And I promise, you won’t regret as I would really try hard to write and share good stuff.
And, last but not the least, we will soon be coming up with a grand surprise for all our readers. As I told you before, it’s our 5th Blogoversary on 18th of September and we have planned to make it memorable for our readers. How about a grand contest with extravagant vouchers and goodies to be won? Keep an eye at this place. This is going to be really really BIG.
Thank you everyone for your love and support towards The Style Symphony. Thanks a lot for the help, David!

So, its not only writer’s block, the technical issues and Maitreni’s temporary detachment are the reasons for which Symphony became fade but it can never vanish, good to see you back…
About the poem…very nicely announced the come back.
Running a blog for long five years is not an easy task and specially it reflects the Blogger’s(here the credit goes to both of you) quality when the blog is so much popular. Wish you many more and more successful years ahead.
