कविता
मैंने धीमे से कुछ कहा
सरसराती पत्तियों से,
मेरे शब्द, अपर्याप्त..
ध्वनि रहित, बस शब्द ही थे
कुछ क्षीण.. कुछ मधुर,
कुछ उन्नींदे, कुछ क्षणभंगुर
पर, नींदें उड़ गयीं कितनी
जब हवाओं ने सुना,
और उड़ा ले गयीं मेरे शब्द
कुछ फुसफुसाहटे..
कुछ कानाफूसियाँ..
मेरे कुछ शब्द तो शोर हुए,
और कुछ ढलकर फिर छंदों में
कविता हो गए जैसे मेरे शब्द |
नज़्म
मैंने घटाओं से कहा,
“बरसना है तो बागों में बरसो..
ये आँखें अब भी नम सी हैं
ज़िन्दगी थोड़ी कम सी है
तुम क्या जानो भीगना क्या है ?
आँखों का यूँ भरना क्या है ?
भरकर जो खाली हो ना सके
उन आँखों का सिलना क्या है ?
बादल ! तुम महज़ भिगोते हो
भरते, फिर खाली होते हो !”
बादल ने सुना.. अनमने से
उड़ा ले गया मेरे संदेसे
बागों में फिर बरसे मेरे लफ़्ज़
फूलों ने सुना, तो खिले कशीदे बनकर
और, मेरे आँचल ने ग़ज़ल कह दी |
