There were many chirping birds
around the fowler…
He forgot the nightingale cooing in his den,
ensnared…of her own free will…
The hunter never cared
until she stopped singing for him…
Only he realized
when there emitted
a cacophony of caw after dead crows…
She waited for her Cardinal…
The Red Cardinal Bird is believed to symbolize joy, hope, health, rejuvenation and celebration, especially to those who look afar in search of their true essence.
It is said that a Red Cardinal is seen when your deceased loved ones visit you. They are usually seen when you miss them the most and need them. They also visit you during celebrations as well as in gloom to let you feel their proximity.
Everyone needs a Cardinal of their share when in despair.
