This Hindi poem is one of those very few romantic poems I’ve written so far. It portrays the Elysian romance between the bewildered winter Night and the juvenile Dawn. The night is coy and frigid. So, the Dawn woos her with his impish charms. In spite of their perpetual love, this unison is transient, as the rendezvous (अभिसार) vanishes away as soon as the sun arrives.

It’s nice that you gave a translation of difficult words at the end so that those who do not understand such high level Hindi may still follow your poem
Beautifully penned…romantic and deep <3
